Business Administrator, specialized in International Commerce, with more than 20 years experience structuring investment projects with foreign investors. He leads the company’s commercial strategy to open new markets for Copper, Coltan, Cobalt, and recycled scrap.

JHON BARBOSA

Founding Partner C.F.O. (Panamá)

For over 15 years has worked in the construction sector, where he has formed his financial experience, which he is contributing to the company, being responsible for the financial and strategic management of the company.

RAMAZ JANASHVILI

Founding Partner C. O. O. (Zambia)

Mining engineer with more than 20 years experience doing Mining in Africa; currently leads the production process of the manganese and copper mines located in Zambia. Also is leading the relations with the local suppliers of minerals.

LUIS CARLOS FERNANDEZ MURGAS

New Projects Manager - Partner

Multicultural professional, specialist in managing new projects with an emphasis on foreign trade, account management, and obtaining new clients. Business Administrator from Florida International University with more than 18 years of experience in the industrial area in Colombia and the United States in commercial and public relations areas.

BHUSHAN CHANDRA

Indian national with long experience in the field of Manufacturing, Marketing and finance in Pharmaceutical, Metals and Mining sector.

He is a professionally qualified ICWAI, Post Graduate in finance and risk management from South Hampton university UK.

He started his carrier with Ochoa Labs Ltd which was a Division of India’s top most pharma company.

Was the Director of Finance & Operations of a Mining company UK based named SUN&SAND MINING. Under his leadership company set up Steel plant and non ferrous smelting unit in Nigeria in 2005. After successful venture in Nigeria, he moved East Africa , west Africa and South America for exploration, drilling and mining of Tin,  Gold and other various metals.

RICARDO GONZALEZ OSORIO

For 25 years, he was the Director of Social Projects of the Mining Com-
pany EL Cerrejón, a company of the BHP Billionton – glencore Consortium; He is currently the Commercial Director of the Company, with the responsibility of opening new markets and obtaining new Suppliers.

ANTONIO (Tony) ZACARIAS

A Cuban-American with over 30 years of experience in International Business having worked in various executive capacities for BellSouth, Nortel, ChinaComm Service and others. In 2019, Mr. Zacarias retired from the Telecom business and founded his own International Copper Traders Company in Miami, Florida, U.S.A., where he has been working with World Class buyers fro the U.S.A. Mr. Zacarias has recently joined Sukses´s team of professionals to bring to the clients, the best in class service.

Sukses Trading & Logistics

Lusaka, Zambia

Sukses Trading Resources is the logistics company of the group, in charge of the Bonded Warehouse in Ndola.

Thanks to the JV Agreement that Sukses Trading Resources has with the suppliers, goods are brought to the warehouse to be sold to the clients of the company.

The company is at the moment closing an agreement with Zambian Railways Authority and TAZARA Railways, to use the railway system to transport the goods from the yard to the port at Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
